General

  • The Artist reserves the right to decline any orders without detailed explanation.

  • The purchase is digital file only.

  • The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.

  • You can request to not show the commission before a certain time if you want to keep it a surprise.

  • No usage of my work for NFTs and AI training.

Payments

  • The price will be CAD.

  • I accept PayPal and kofi.

  • You can pay the full amount or 50% before I start and 50% before I sent you the high resolution file.

  • I will start after I received the payment.

  • If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, you will lose your slot (unless stated otherwise previously).

Personal usage

  • The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.

  • If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The commissions are not to be printed, resold, or monetized in any way unless you purchase the commercial rights.

  • I have the right to share all my works on my social media unless the commissioner request not to and that also means you as the commissioner are also not allowed to share and upload the commission anywhere in public.

  • The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork. Please credit when used.

Commercial usage

  • What counts as commercial usage: in monetized livestreams/videos (alerts, online/offline screens, avatar), merchandise, advertisements.

  • 1.5x price: The commissioner may use the artwork on monetized platforms such as Twitch and YouTube. It's required to provide proper credit to the artist.

  • 2x price: In addition to using the artwork on monetized platforms, the commissioner is allowed to sell merchandise of the artwork.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered unless the artist is unable to finish the commission. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the Commissioner.

Completion Time

  • The completion time of the artwork varies based on complexity, ranging from 3 days to 3+ months.

  • Rush Orders fee (+50% of base price): deadline under 2 weeks.

Changes polices

  • Major changes are only allowed during sketches.

  • You may request 3 minor changes during the lineart.

  • Minor Adjustments: after completion of the artwork, the Commissioner is entitled to request small changes, such as color adjustments or adding small details, free of charge. The Artist will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits.

  • If you notice an error on the artwork after it has been delivered you can come back to me to ask for fixes free of charge.
